It is out now on iOS and Android worldwide, but longtime readers know that we’ve been following Super Meat Boy Forever, the auto-runner set years after the original game, for nearly a decade now. It was originally announced for mobile back in 2014 and it eventually released on PC and console platforms including Nintendo Switch where it is priced at $19.99. Following Thunderful Games announcing it for a 2022 launch on mobile, it has finally launched. Watch the new Super Meat Boy Forever mobile release trailer below:
Super Meat Boy Forever is the sequel to Super Meat Boy, and it includes more than 7000 handcrafted level chunks that are algorithmically put together into levels (edited). If you’d like to play it today on mobile, you can grab Super Meat Boy Forever on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. The mobile version is priced at $0.99 with no ads or in app purchases. It is priced at $19.99 on Nintendo Switch and other platforms making the mobile version a superb deal. I played a bit of it on Steam Deck recently, and definitely think it is a good fit for portable play. I’ll be playing it on mobile later today.
